Bob Kadan

Bob Kadan, CRB has been a top producing real estate broker for over 30 years earning his Certified Realtor Broker "CRB" designation early in his career. He has worked in Southern California all of those years.

Bob takes pride in representing his clients to the best of his ability. He is a very strong negotiator who works very hard to make each real estate transaction benefit his clients' needs to the maximum.

Bob is married to his wife Terri and has four adult children, who are all college graduates, and they also have two grandchildren. Bob and his wife Terri have lived in Coto de Caza since 1992. Bob is a former high school teacher and coach, having taught in Manhattan Beach, California and for American Embassy Schools in La Paz, Bolivia, San Jose, Costa Rica and Monrovia, Liberia West Africa.

Derek Kadan

Serving Southern California as a proud member of the Prime Property Associates team, Derek “Big D” Kadan has the experience to buy and sell property quickly and effectively. A graduate of the University of California, Irvine, he is an excellent problem solver and a successful sales strategist. He is dedicated to furthering his knowledge and expertise, affording his clients the opportunity to gain deeper understanding of current market conditions. For over ten years, Derek has been a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR). As a partner in Prime Property Associates, he has been recognized as being in the top 1% of Southern California Realtors in sales. Due to his overwhelming success and expertise within the market, he has been identified as a top real estate expert in the book, “How to Use a Short Sale to Stop Home Foreclosure and Protect Your Finances” by Robert Irwin (2009). Derek uses his knowledge of economic trends, real estate expertise, and strong negotiating skills to assist the diverse needs of his clients.

Terri Kadan

Terri Kadan is a former escrow company owner and general manager, so her knowledge and professional reputation gives her an advantage in getting the transaction closed in a timely manner. Terri is the Director of Operations for Prime Property Associates and has been in the real estate and related escrow field for over 30 years. Terri oversees the paperwork for all of the real estate transactions by Prime Property Associates, whether listed, sold or leased. Her expertise in her field allows her to oversee the coordination and closing of the escrows with the escrow companies, title company, lender(s) and the other real estate offices.
