The Kadan Team is definitely a cut above the rest! I grew up in a real estate family. My dad was incredibly successful. Additionally, my wife and I have bought and sold several houses all around the country. I’m friends with several brokers. Yet, there was something about Bob and his team that made me want to do business with them. He proved himself to be a great listener, had incredible confidence, and a unique strategy for selling our house and putting us into our dream home.
Even with my high standards, I was blown away! Thanks to the Kadan team’s willingness to show us several properties before we had even decided to move, we found our dream home before our old home was ready to list. Undaunted, Bob marshaled his resources. They got the seller to accept a contingency offer (a rarity these days), and acted as general contractor so that our home could be updated with new appliances, flooring, countertops and fixtures. The work was finished on time, to perfection, way below cost, and because of Bob’s relationships, at no cost to us until closing. Speaking of closing, we closed within one week of putting it on the market for much more than I thought we could get.
